Welcome. If you are here because you have lost a loved one, I am truly sorry for your loss. While I have suffered my own losses, I can’t imagine what you are going through since everyone’s grief is different. Losing someone is hard. There are so many emotions that can arise such as confusion, anger, uncertainty, regret, depression and devastation. There may be unanswered questions and unresolved feelings. There may also be things we wish we had done differently or things we wish they had done differently. Maybe we need to know that they are okay and that they know how much we love them. Or perhaps we just miss the time we spent with them and want to be close to them again. Whatever your experience is, it is okay. You are not alone.

Grief is the normal and natural emotional response to change or loss of any kind – death, divorce, moving, financial changes, health changes, relationship changes and on and on. Grief is also the result of unmet hopes, dreams and expectations and the loss of intangible concepts such as safety, trust, security, respect, faith and hope. Grief is universal. All of us have experienced grief throughout our lives, as a result of many changes and losses. But we are not well prepared to really handle, manage or recover from the emotional impact which result from these changes and losses. The fact that you are seeking help in dealing with grief is not a sign of weakness, but rather a recognition on your part that you are interested in taking recovery actions!

It is my sincere wish to support you during these difficult times either through the 7 week one-to-one Grief Recovery Method, the 8-week Grief Recovery Method Support Group or by providing a one-to-one mediumship/psychic reading where you can connect with your loved one in Spirit. I invite you to contact me if I can be of any service to you along your journey.
